Dr. Tremolada is an award-winning surgeon in Milan which, with over twenty years of significant experience, enjoys an exclusive international reputation as one of the most renowned regenerative medicine and cosmetic surgeon worldwide.
The innumerable and exceptional skills acquired both practically and theoretically, also through the various experiences abroad, have also led him to have a well-known relevance in the field of regenerative medicine thanks to the Lipogems® patent, CE marked and FDA approved device he himself designed, having applications in the fields of: Aesthetic (face regeneration, breast, buttock and hand remodeling), Orthopedic (Arthrosis, Tendinitis), Gynecological (Postmenopausal Vaginal Atrophy) but above all able to accelerate the healing processes and recovery from sports injuries.
Dr. Tremolada leads advancements in regenerative medicine inventing Lipogems® and training surgeons across the globe in this technique. He is considered a visionary and an innovator in the industry of regenerative medicine known for his commitment to customize every surgery to meet each patient’s wellness and rejuvenation, helping them to become the best version of themselves.
He authored numerous scientific papers, his work was published in most cited journals and was invited speaker at several conferences all around the world.
Dr. Tremolada graduated from Milan School of Medicine and Surgery in 1989. In July 1994 he ended his specialization in Plastic Reconstructive Surgery at University of Parma. In July 2004 he received his post-graduate diploma from the School of Maxillo-Facial Surgery. Additionally, he served as Adjunct professor DRI institute at University of Miami with his research on adipose derived mesenchymal stem cell (DRI federation). During his early years, he worked as Chief of Plastic Surgery Service in the Department of Maxillo-Facial Surgery at San Paolo Hospital in Milan concentrating on reconstructive surgery of acquired and congenital anomalies of the face and body. During this time he never lost his work ethic but developed the character, self-confidence, and other characteristic that stayed with him throughout his illustrious career as a successful leader and helped him become a statesman for surgery.
Dr. Tremolada co-founded Lipogems International SpA and Image Regenerative Clinic. This last, in March 2019, was awarded the prestigious certificate “Seal of Excellence” delivered by the European Commission, as the institution managing Horizon 2020, the EU framework Program for Research and Innovation 2014-2020, for micro-fragmented fat as new tool to fight surgical site infections
